Why am I seeing £60 on my bank or card statement?

Your bank may temporarily hold £60 as a pre-authorisation while you charge. When the transaction has been completed, the EV charging terminal will send a message to your bank with the actual transaction amount. This will be charged to you and the pre-authorisation amount will be released back to your account almost immediately.

You will then immediately see the correct charge value appear in your bank account. For any other queries, please contact your bank directly.

Is Smart Charge’s ultra-rapid charging sustainable?
